As an attorney, and former licensed real estate agent, I have an appreciation for people who really know what they are doing, who work hard, and who are at the top of their game. Both Jonn McYnturff and Beth Britt are in that category. They also operate as a team, for the benefit of their clients.

My wife and I have worked with Jonn and Beth through three real estate transactions. One was a purchase and two were sales. The transactions involved a house, condo, and a vacant lot. Simply put Jonn and Beth are pros. They are the best real estate agents I have ever dealt with in the 50+ years I have been buying and selling real estate.

John and Beth were knowledgeable about the market. They kept in touch with significant developments. They worked hard and were persistent, even when one of the properties was modest and required more work than their commission would justify. They were optimistic, but also practical. You want a professional to tell you facts, not just what you want to hear. When Jonn and Beth spoke, they did so from experience, and with facts and data to back it up.

On any real estate transaction, I want value from the professionals. I want input. I want to be heard and be a part of a team. Jonn and Beth did all that and by working as a team they put together three real estate transactions that were fair and favorable for my wife and I. On top of all that, Jonn and Beth are truly nice people. Beth and Jonn are the best. They helped us buy and sell several times in the past decade. They offer valuable expertise; they've seen all sorts of markets, and they have a sixth sense in anticipating how things might play out. They are intentional about listing.
